I am Isabel Rodrigues, your osteopath and therapist in Oeiras and TagusPark.

With training in osteopathy from ESSCV - Escola Superior de Saúde da Cruz Vermelha and IMT - Instituto de Medicina Tradicional de Lisboa, I hold a professional license issued by the Ministry of Health.

I specialize in osteopathy for shoulder treatment, addressing frozen shoulder, tendonitis, muscle, and joint pain.

I also provide treatment for injuries to the musculoskeletal system, TMJ (temporomandibular joint) disorders such as bruxism, difficulty opening and closing the mouth, muscle pain in the face and jaw, as well as back pain, including lumbar, cervical, torticollis, muscle pain, and injuries, among other physical dysfunctions and injuries.

I have training in manual therapies, complementing the treatments I provide, including myofascial release, cupping therapy, soft tissue techniques with Gua sha and Iastm, trigger point release, energy muscle technique, and therapeutic massage.
